Any customers that will need to check-in or check-out, outside of the above hours will need to notify the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival.
If guest's cancel their booking, they can use their deposit as credit for a new booking, provided that it is within the next 6 months. Please inform Camden Place Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
